Your deposit must be confirmed before the start time of auction house. |

The deposit can be refunded before you have won the auction. However; after success bidding, we do not accept any cancellation. |

When your deposit is refunded, the applicable bank charges will be deducted from amount of your deposit |

| Note : Please be aware of that KarsJapan Co., Ltd. will deduct 300JPY (or US$ 3) per unsuccessful bid per vehicle in compliance with Auction Company Rules. |

Balance Payment |

The balance amount shall be paid by T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) or Western Union within 3 bank working days starting from and including invoice date. |

If your balance payment has not been confirmed within 3 bank working days starting from and including invoice date, the contract is deemed to void, and your deposit will not be refunded. To avoid this, please send the proof of T/T by email or fax upon completion remittance procedure. |

Full Payment in advance shall be made by T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) or Western Union within 3 bank working days starting from and including proforma invoice date.

Our stock will be sold upon "First come, First serve" basis, and contract is formed upon receipt of full payment. |

However, with regards to customers with deposit of more than 10% of FOB price or JPY100,000 (or US$1,000) whichever is greater, the contract is formed upon your purchase order. In this case, the balance amount shall also be made within 3 bank working days starting from and including proforma invoice date.
If your payment has not been confirmed within 3 bank working days starting from and including proforma invoice date, the contract is deemed to void, and your deposit will not be refunded. To avoid this, please send the proof of T/T by email or fax upon completion remittance procedure. |

As mentioned above, our stock will be sold upon "First come, First serve" basis. If the car you have ordered was sold to another customer while in process of payment, you can choose either way. |
