How to Buy from Auction
Please make sure the import regulation of the destination country before beginning the purchasing process. Many countries have very strict import regulations in regard of used vehicles. The regulations might not allow you to import or register some cars or models which you are interested in. We are not responsible for any damage and/or loss resulting from import regulations.

Login ID & Password for your account and ID & Password for access to Auction Site will be sent by email within 24 hours after the registration is complete.

Search Your Cars by Online Auction Site
Find your favorite cars which you want to knock down in Online Auction Site.
Please refer to the following pages for How to Use.

Remit Deposit

To start bidding in Online Auction Site, you need to remit a deposit as follows:
Deposit
Your bidding price
100,000JPY or US$1,000 per vehicle
Up to 1,000,000JPY
More than 10% of bidding price per vehicle
Over 1,000,000JPY

The deposit can be refunded before you have won the auction.

Place a Bid

After we confirm your deposit, you will be entitled to place a bid. Please fill out
Auction Order Form
and submit.

Your bidding must be submitted by no later than 9AM Japan Time on the day of the auction.

We will bid your cars on your behalf.

The auction result will be announced by email immediately after the auction is closed, also it will be shown on the
Auction Order History
.
Note :

Please be aware of that we will deduct 300JPY (or US$ 3) per unsuccessful bid per vehicle from your deposit in compliance with Auction Company Rules.

Once the bid has been placed, it can not be cancelled or retracted unless we have a cancellation notice from you by fax 24 hours before bidding.

Receive Invoice

For successful bid:
An invoice will be sent to your registered email address within 24 hours after your bid is successful.
Note :
Regarding Invoice Amount
We will ask you whether you continue purchasing from us some more cars or not?
We keep your deposit in our bank account in order to save money such as the bank charge for remitting of next purchasing.
We will deduct your deposit from invoice amount.

For unsuccessful bid:
There are 2 options. You can choose either way as you like.
Continue to look for alternative cars (We will continue to support your auction process until your bid is successful)
Cancel your bid (Your deposit will be refunded)

6.
Remit Balance Payment

The balance amount shall be made by T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) or Western Union within 3 bank working days starting from and including invoice date.

Please send the bank receipt by email or fax as soon as possible. If your balance payment has not been confirmed within 3 bank working days starting from and including invoice date, the contract is deemed to void, and your deposit will not be refunded.
7.
Shipping
We will arrange shipping immediately after we confirm your balance payment.
Shipping schedule and copy of B/L (Bill of Lading) will be sent to you by email or fax.
8.
Receive Documentation
All documents as below will be sent to your consignee address by Express Mail Service, DHL, or FedEx after the vessel has departed. These documents are usually necessary in customs clearance at the port of discharge. Please ask us if you need other documents for your local customs.

Collect Your Cars

As soon as you receive the documents, please contact your local customs agent for customs clearance a week prior to the actual arrival date of vessel.

As per customs agent, you can pick up your cars at the port.

Car Registration is different each country, so please ask your local authority.
