Please make sure the import regulation of the destination country before beginning the purchasing process. Many countries have very strict import regulations in regard of used vehicles. The regulations might not allow you to import or register some cars or models which you are interested in. We are not responsible for any damage and/or loss resulting from import regulations.
1. Member Registration
1 Please Click here to complete the new member registration form. Registration
2 Login ID & Password will be sent by email within 24 hours after the registration is complete.
2. Search Your Cars from Stock List
1 Select your favorite cars from various stock cars available, and press the QUOTE button then fill out Inquiry Form to get proforma invoice. Stock Search

The all prices shown on the stock list are FOB JAPAN.
3 If you could not find a car you want from our stock list, please click Inquiry and send us vehicle's details. We will help you find your car from various sources.
3. Receive Proforma Invoice and Place an Order
1 Proforma invoice will be sent within 24 hours after you requested the quotation. Invoice
2 If you decide to purchase a car you selected, please place a purchase order by email, or sign on the proforma invoice then send it back to us.

4. Payment
1 PaymentFull payment in advance shall be made by T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) or Western Union within 3 bank working days starting from and including proforma invoice date. Please send the bank receipt by email or fax as soon as possible.
2 If your payment has not been confirmed within 3 bank working days starting from and including proforma invoice date, the contract is deemed to void.
3 Our stock will be sold upon "First come, First serve" basis, and contract is formed upon receipt of full payment.
4 However, with regards to customers with deposit of more than 10% of FOB price or JPY100,000 (or US$1,000) whichever is greater, the contract is formed upon your purchase order.
5 As mentioned above, our stock will be sold upon "First come, First serve" basis. If the car you have ordered was sold to another customer while in process of payment, you can choose either way as you like.
Look for another car from our stock list or auction site. (We will continue your support until you find favorite car)
Cancel your order (Your money will be refunded)
5. Shipping
ShippingWe will arrange shipping immediately after we confirm your full payment.
Shipping schedule and copy of B/L (Bill of Lading) will be sent to you by email or fax.
6. Receive Documentations
DocumentAll documents as below will be sent to your consignee address by Express Mail Service, DHL, or FedEx after the vessel has departed. These documents are usually necessary in customs clearance at the port of discharge. Please ask us if you need other documents for your local customs.

  • Original B/L (Bill of Lading)
  • Insurance Certificate
  • Export Certificate

7. Collect Your Cars
1 As soon as you receive the documents, please contact your local customs agent for customs clearance a week prior to the actual arrival date of vessel. Car
2 As per customs agent, you can pick up your cars at the port.
3 Car Registration is different each country, so please ask your local authority.
